The heat in Arizona, specifically the Phoenix area, finds a way to affect everyone.

According to Arizona Department of Health Services, approximately 2,000 people are sent to the hospital every year because they are suffering an illness caused by heat.

While Arizona is known for its excessive heat in the summer, being active and exercising is still important. How do you maintain your health and exercise routine? What exercises do you prefer, and do you alter them in the summer months? Does responsibly training in the heat benefit you?
