Mya Fernandez expects to graduate in Spring 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication. Fernandez has been a DJ for Blaze Radio since 2022 and also works as an editor for The Spark in downtown Phoenix. Fernandez has also served as a writer and editor for her high school newspaper, and her work was published on the school’s website.
