PHOENIX – For the first time 161 days, temperatures in Phoenix topped 90 degrees Monday, and we can expect more of the same Tuesday, along with plenty of sunshine, some breezes and even a few gusts.
But changes are forecast beginning Wednesday, when the high will be just 76 – 20 degrees lower than Tuesday – and there could be some rain heading into the weekend.
Rain chances Friday are 20 percent before 11 a.m., and we have a better shot at moisture Friday night. The high Friday should reach 76. It’s also expected to rain Saturday, when the high will be 80 degrees.
Lows for the week are expected to be in the upper 50s and 60s, so morning commutes should be a breeze.
