U.S. women are becoming increasingly interested in learning self defense techniques to get them out of sticky situations, should they arise.

We are looking for women who have had experience with these types of classes and benefited from what they have learned. Have you benefited from a self defense class? If so, in what ways? Have these classes boosted your self confidence, personal safety or improved your life in other ways?
