PHOENIX — Arizona energy rates have continued to increase in recent years. Two seats are up for election on the Arizona Corporation Commission, which oversees utilities. Two ACC candidates and concerned Arizonans gathered on Wednesday, calling for a stop to rate hikes and accountability from the commission.
